Summer EcoCredits Week Terms & Conditions

Summer EcoCredits Week runs from 19 August 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+8) to 28 August 2026 at 24:00 (UTC+8). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

Summer EcoCredits Week is open to all Philippine citizens aged 18 or above as of 19 August 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+8). Members must register or log in to their accounts to participate and access applicable member benefits.

3. Refer a Friend

a. During Summer EcoCredits Week, refer a friend and get an 8% discount for them and 6% cashback for yourself.

4. More Member Benefits

a. During Summer EcoCredits Week, members will earn 2× EcoCredits, while PLUS Members will earn 2.5× EcoCredits on selected products.

c. Choose EcoCredits Cash Deduction at checkout to enjoy a lower price.

d. Redeem EcoCredits Rewards: Use EcoCredits to redeem discount coupons.

5. Exclusive Offer for New Customers

a. New customers can receive exclusive coupons by subscribing.

b. Coupons will be sent by email, and the coupon value will be specified in the email.

c. Coupons are valid from 19 August 2026 at 10:00 to 28 August 2026 at 24:00.

Note:

1. Eligible orders will receive both promotional gifts while stocks last. The gifts may not appear in the shopping cart or order details, but they will be shipped together with the qualifying order.
2. Each promotional gift is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other item, cash, or credit.
3. Promotional gifts are available only for orders placed on the EcoFlow online store at https://ph.ecoflow.com/.
4. Each qualifying order is eligible to receive one set of promotional gifts, consisting of one Flatbed Trolley and one RAPID Power Bank.
5. The promotional gift will be shipped to the same address as the qualifying product within 30 days after the promotional period ends.
6. In the event of a return, the free gift must also be returned. The free gift will not appear directly in your shopping cart; however, it will be listed in your order details after purchase. If you do not see the gift in your order, please contact us at support.sea@ecoflow.com. Once verified, we will arrange a reshipment.

2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign
4. During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first come, first served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcolFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
