What operations do users need to do after receiving the device?
1. Check whether the packaging is intact and whether the equipment and spare parts are complete after unpacking.
2. The product does not provide a car charger cable or a solar charger cable. If needed, users can purchase them separately.
3. For Trail Plus 300, turn it on, connect it via the EcoFlow app, then set up wifi and update the firmware.
Product Storage and Usage Precautions
1. Store the product in a dry, cool, ventilated place at room temperature. The best environment for use and storage is 0°C~30°C.
2. Do not place this product in an environment with water, heat, a strong magnetic field, or corrosive gas.
3. During long-term storage, it is recommended to charge and discharge the battery once every three months (fully charge first, then discharge to 60%) to extend the service life of this product.
Can the product be brought onboard an airplane?
No, the battery capacity of the product is greater than the airplane limit of 160Wh.
How to charge the device and the charging power description?
Type 1: Connect to a power source via the USB-C in-out ports.
Type 2: Use a solar charging cable to connect the product's solar/car charger input port to the solar panel (only for Trail 300 and Trail Plus 300).
Type 3: Use a car charging cable to connect the product's solar/car charger input port to the car's cigarette lighter (only for Trail 300 and Trail Plus 300).
Trail 200 provides 2 USB-C ports with a maximum input of 140W and a maximum input of 100W. Trail 300 provides dual USB-C ports with a maximum input of 140W and a solar/car charger port with a maximum input of 110W.
What material is the battery of the device made of?
How to turn on low current mode?
1. Connect a low-power device to the USB-A port.
2. Double-click the multi-function button. When the USB-A port flashes, low-current mode is enabled.
3. Low-current mode will last for 3 hours. You can double-click to exit early.
Common error/failure handling methods
High temperature protection: Please stop using the product and move it to a well-ventilated location away from heat sources. The alarm will automatically disappear after the product temperature returns to normal levels.
Low temperature protection: Please move the product to a warmer location. The alarm will automatically disappear after the product temperature returns to normal levels.
USB-C1 output overload: Please remove the device connected to the USB-C1 interface. Wait for the alarm to automatically disappear before trying again.
USB-C2 output overload: Please remove the device connected to the USB-C2 interface. Wait for the alarm to automatically disappear before trying again.
USB-A output overload: Please remove the device connected to the USB-A interface. Wait for the alarm to automatically disappear before trying again.
Car charger output overload: Please remove the device connected to the car charger output port. Wait for the alarm to automatically disappear before trying again.
