Can the DELTA Pro Ultra battery pack be charged without using the inverter?
No, the battery pack must be charged through the inverter.
Does the DELTA Pro Ultra battery pack support hot-swapping?
It supports hot-swapping with no safety risk. When multiple battery packs are connected, removing one battery pack (not the one connected to the inverter) will not interrupt the output.
Can the AC out and DC out on the DELTA Pro Ultra panel be used normally when using the hub box?
Both can be used normally.
Why can the DELTA Pro Ultra only connect five battery packs?
Due to stacking methods and wire losses, the design supports only five battery packs.
What is the humidity range for the DELTA Pro Ultra?
It can be used normally with humidity up to 93%.
Does the DELTA Pro Ultra have an IEE 1547 (anti-backfeed) certification?
The DELTA Pro Ultra is not a grid-connected product and does not require IEE 1547 certification. Therefore, it does not have this certification.
Can the DELTA Pro Ultra support wind power generation for recharging?
The DELTA Pro Ultra has a reserved DC input port. If the wind turbine output parameters are within our PV input range, it can be used normally.
Why does the electricity price banner in the app sometimes display and sometimes not display?
The electricity price information displayed is the current effective rate. If no effective rate is available, it will not display.
Why are there no tasks displayed in the app after selecting the TOU mode, and no charging/discharging tasks are executed?
It may be because the user has set a fixed electricity price or the price difference between high and low is too small, leading to the system calculating that no profit can be obtained. Thus, no charge/discharge strategy is generated. It is suggested to switch to scheduled tasks in such cases.
Why does the DELTA Pro Ultra sometimes exceed the charging limit?
The battery management system periodically calibrates the SOC. During calibration, the SOC limit is ignored, and the battery may be charged to 100%. This calibration occurs every month or after 30 charge/discharge cycles. This is normal logic.
Why does the DELTA Pro Ultra still output via bypass during non-charging scheduled tasks? How to set it to consume battery power instead of grid power?
This is to prevent power interruption when switching tasks. The related logic was modified in firmware version 5.0.0.49. With firmware 5.0.0.49 and app version 5.7, users can set a "battery-only discharge task," where AC input is not used during that task, and the DELTA Pro Ultra’s battery will be consumed instead of grid power.
Can DELTA Pro, DELTA Pro 3, and DELTA Pro Ultra be mixed and connected to a 50A hub and reverse parallel output?
No, the 50A hub does not support mixed parallel connections; it can only connect 2 DELTA Pro Ultras or 2 DP3 units for parallel operation.
