Sunset to Sunrise Power: From 3.84kWh to 23kW
EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X goes beyond industry standards, capturing surplus solar energy during the day to keep you powered through the night — and it scales easily to fit your energy needs.
2 Ways to Scale for Different Needs
Dual Units in Parallel
Connect two STREAM Series units, or pair a STREAM Ultra X with any STREAM Extra Batteries using a Parallel Cable. This setup lets you run heavy-duty appliances up to 2300W (on-grid), all powered by solar energy.
2 Ways to Scale for Different Needs
Plug-and-Play Decentralised Solar Network
With multiple STREAM products, you can place one near your solar panels and the others anywhere in your home. Once the batteries are plugged into AC sockets, they automatically form a solar network, distributing energy to your devices in the laundry, kitchen, living room, and beyond.
* Both scaling methods require all devices to connect to the same Wi-Fi network. Even without cloud access, seamless operation over your local LAN keeps your energy flowing without interruption.
Capture Every Ray, Maximise Sunlight
Harness the sun's power faster than ever. With four advanced MPPTs and a massive 2000W solar input, the STREAM Battery captures and stores more solar energy, more efficiently.
Don't Let Clouds or Dusk Limit Your Solar Power
The STREAM Battery uses advanced low-light technology to capture energy from even muted skies, delivering up to one extra hour of solar harvest each day compared to industry averages.
Safety You Can Trust
Built into Both Hardware & Software
Ready For Any Weather
AI-Driven Energy, Always Optimised
EcoFlow OASIS doesn’t just answer your energy management questions quickly—it also provides smart analysis and tailored optimisation tips to help you get the most from your system.
AI Mode: Smarter Energy for Dynamic Pricing²
EcoFlow’s AI Mode analyses huge amounts of data, including dynamic electricity tariffs, solar forecasts, consumption predictions, and battery status. It can boost your annual savings by up to 29%.
If the system predicts cloudy weather, it will automatically charge your battery during low-rate periods to ensure you have enough power for peak times in the evening—maximising your savings without you lifting a finger.
Self-Powered, Fully Customisable
Set your own preferences for battery level, time-of-use pricing, and scheduling. Store solar energy or power your home whenever your battery exceeds your chosen reserve—helping you cut down on grid electricity.
* For the best results, suggest pairing AI Mode with a Smart Meter.
* For best results, we recommend using a Smart Meter.
Total EcoFlow Energy Ecosystem Harmony
Compatible with EcoFlow Smart Meter and Smart Plug
Take full control with EcoFlow Smart Meters or Smart Plugs to ensure no power goes to waste. When you connect an EcoFlow Smart Meter with the STREAM Series, they communicate directly, even offline. This allows the STREAM Series to automatically adjust its output to your home grid in real time, with minimal delay.
Cross-Brand Ecosystem Harmony
EcoFlow OASIS brings together third-party devices that use Tiber, Matter, and Shelly protocols, all on one unified platform. Enjoy a simpler, more intuitive experience without the hassle of switching between multiple platforms and apps.

FAQ
Is the STREAM Solar Battery compatible with otherproducts (including third-party products)?
Please read the Product Compatibility List in the User Manual before purchasing and using the STREAM Solar Battery with other products (including third-party products).
How does the STREAM system work?
The system prioritizes solar energy. When solar generation falls short of the power demand, the battery automatically steps in to make up the difference. If there’s still a shortfall, the grid supplies the remaining power. When solar output exceeds consumption, the excess energy is first stored in the battery. Any additional surplus can be exported to the grid, depending on your settings and in compliance with local regulations.
What is required to enable energy balancing between multiple STREAM Series units?
All devices must be connected to the same network and added to the same “Space” within the EcoFlow app.
Does the STREAM Series need to be connected to Wi-Fi and the EcoFlow app?
To access the full functionality of the STREAM Series, a connection to Wi-Fi and the EcoFlow app is required. Bluetooth or LAN-only connections will not support features like remote control or historical data tracking.
Is it normal for the product to heat up during use?
Yes, a temperature rise during use is normal and does not affect the product’s lifespan. The unit has passed rigorous testing and includes overheat protection. For best performance, install it out of direct sunlight with at least 3 cm clearance from walls or objects, and away from flammable materials.
Can I install the STREAM Series by myself?
The system can be self-installed and maintained.
Will the excess power generated by the STREAM system be fed into the grid?
If you disable the feed-in protection switch in the EcoFlow app, the excess solar power will be fed into the grid.
How does the system continue to supply power during a blackout?
For safety and compliance reasons, the STREAM system will automatically detect a grid anomaly and stop feeding current into the grid during a power outage. You can then plug in your appliances directly into the AC outlets to use internal battery or solar power.
Can third-party solar panels be used with the STREAM Series?
As long as the panels meet the input range for the PV port and use the same type of connector, they can be used. Each PV port’s input range is: operating voltage 15-60V, operating current ≤14A.
If there are multiple devices in the STREAM system, will it prioritize using up one device's power before starting to use another's?
Not necessarily. It might prioritize using one device's power or discharge multiple devices simultaneously. The system employs an intelligent charging and discharging strategy based on the current power levels of the devices, the power consumption of the appliances, the actual connection setup, and your settings in the app. Thus, the discharging performance of specific devices may vary.
Can I connect the STREAM Series to the output port of a Portable Power Station? Can I connect a Portable Power Station to the STREAM Series' AC outlets to use it as an additional power pack?
No. / No. The Portable Power Station can only be charged by the STREAM Series products, not discharge to them. If you need to expand capacity or power, you can increase the number of STREAM Series products in the STREAM system (up to 6 devices per system).
STREAM Ultra X features a battery capacity around 40% higher than industry standards, helping to minimise solar energy waste. With support for up to 2300W AC output, it can power high-demand appliances, making it the most efficient balcony storage solution for solar energy use.
1. Estimated Electricity Cost Savings (Based on Philippine)The estimated savings are calculated using the following formula:
- Annual Savings = Savings from self-consumed system generation + Savings from surplus energy utilisation
- Electricity rate: ₱15/kWh
- Estimated surplus energy utilisation rate (AI Mode, Solar Forecast): 35%
Note: Savings will vary depending on geographic location, panel orientation, daily electricity prices, and other factors.
Example Calculations:
Configuration: Ultra X × 6 + 10 × 500W solar panels (5,000W total)
Annual savings: (7250kWh × 90% × ₱15/kWh) + (7250kWh × 10% × 35% × ₱15/kWh) = ₱101,681.25
