Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms and Conditions

The Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option is available for orders up to ₱30,000. By selecting COD at checkout, you agree to the following terms to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience:

Cash Payment Upon Delivery Please prepare the exact cash amount in advance. After your goods are delivered, pay the order amount in cash to the delivery staff as instructed.
Delivery Notifications You will receive SMS or phone notifications regarding your delivery. Please ensure your mobile phone number is accurate and that you are reachable during delivery hours.
Split Payment for Multiple Items If your order contains more than one item, it may be split into multiple packages, and the total amount will be divided proportionally. Packages from the same order may be delivered together or separately. You will be required to make a separate payment for each package upon delivery.
Service Availability COD service is only available in select areas. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders placed from locations outside eligible delivery zones.
Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information, unavailable recipients, or failure to respond to delivery notifications. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the temporary suspension of the COD payment option for your account.
