Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

The Black Friday Sale runs from November 8, 2024, 10:00 (UTC+8) to November 30, 2024, 24:00 (UTC+8). EcoFlow reserves the right to shorten or extend the campaign period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility

The sale is open to all Philippines citizens 18 years old and above as of 10:00 on November 8, 2024 (UTC+8).

Sale Details:

1. Free gifts
2. A single order amounting to 45,000 PHP or above gets a free Camping Light (only 30 available)
3. If a refund is generated, the gift must be returned
4. Only one use per order
5. The effective time is from November 8, 2024, 10:00 (UTC+8) to November 30, 2024, 24:00 (UTC+8).

2. Vote and Win

1. Enter your email address to participate in the voting event once. By entering an email address and subscribing, you agree to email marketing Terms & Conditions, subscribe to EcoFlow marketing emails, and receive updates from EcoFlow.
2. Each user can only vote once. If multiple submissions are made, only the last submission will be recorded.
3. Users will receive a coupon for participating in the voting campaign, with no threshold for the use of this coupon; the coupon is valid from November 8, 2024, 10:00 (UTC+8) and expires at the end of November 30, 2024, 24:00 (UTC+8).
4. The coupon obtained from this campaign cannot be stacked with other discount coupons.
5. The specific discount amount will be subject to the email.

General

1. If you encounter any problems during the promotion, please contact support.sea@ecoflow.com for assistance.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
3. Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign
4. During the sale, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
5. Promotions do not apply to wholesale or distributor orders
6. Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification of participants
7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
9. All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
10. EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
11. EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with, or arising from acts or omissions, or any way related to this campaign.
12. Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of, or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
